NON REFUNDABLE FEE PAYMENT:

Registration Fee (Non refundable) :

  • Registration Fee is payable once at the time of registering the student and is non-refundable. Payment of registration fees does not in any way confirm or guarantee admission.

Admission Fee (Non refundable) :

  • Admission Fee is payable after the student passes the assessment test conducted by the school and the school confirms that the student is allowed to be admitted in the grade eligible as per KHDA guidelines. The admission fee is to be paid once for confirmation of admission and reserve the seat for the student.

TUITION FEE:

Tuition Fee is calculated and paid as per the fee structure on Bi-Monthly basis for the entire academic year (September-June) through post-dated cheques in the favour of

The City School International Pvt” as per the dates mentioned below:

  • 1st Instalment – On or before 23rd August 2020 through Current Dated Cheque / Cash / Card / Bank Transfer
  • 2nd Instalment – Post Dated Cheque 1st October 2020
  • 3rd Instalment – Post Dated Cheque 1st December 2020
  • 4th Instalment – Post Dated Cheque 1st February 2021
  • 5th Instalment – Post Dated Cheque 1st April 2021

All cheques will be deposited on or before the due date.

The School has a strict payment policy that satisfies and ensures the most conducive mechanism for both the parents and school. The policy is as follows:

  • Parents bear total responsibility for payment of fees in full and on time.
  • Accepted modes of fee payment will be either:
    • Cheque from Valid Account;
    • Online Payment Gateway (SKIPLY APP -RAK), by using Credit & Debit Card / Auto Debit Authorization. (Bank has facility charge of AED 10 & will invoiced to Parent Account & is entirely at the discretion of parent) .
  • Post dated Chq submission is Mandatory
  • The School will not hold cheques for any reason.
  • The School will not accept responsibility for any returned cheque. Cheques will be presented on given dates;
  • In case the cheque is retrieved by the parent for ANY REASON, it will be released only upon Approval of Principal & AED 50 Service Charge will be Invoiced to the Student Account;
  • Parents must inform the Accounts Office one week in advance of collection of the cheque.
  • In the event that the cheque(s) are not received by the due date, the school may, at its discretion, suspend the Student’s attendance at the School and take such action as is deemed necessary as per the prevailing rules and regulations of KHDA.
  • In case a cheque is returned by the bank for ANY REASON, AED 500/- will be charged and will be invoiced to the parent by Accountant & it will be mandatory to settle the Account before claiming year end results;
  • The school reserves the right to take necessary legal actions in accordance with regulations & KHDA rules, in case a cheque is returned and the guardians/parents refuses to honour the same at any later stage.

Every year there is a charge of re-registration fee of AED 1000/- for confirmation of seat for the next academic year. This is NON–REFUNDABLE but will be adjusted in 1st payment.

Refund Policy:
Notice of student withdrawal and application for a tuition refund must be given in writing to the Principal. Ministry of Education regulations govern the school tuition refund policies outlined below.

Student withdrawal prior to the start of the academic year
The balance of the first-term fee paid is refunded, except the AED 500 Application fee.

Student withdrawal during the school term

  • Fees will be charged for one full month if a student attends school for two weeks or less.
  • Fees will be charged for two full months if a student attends school for more than two weeks and less than one month.
  • Fees will be charged for the entire school term if a student attends school for more than one month.
  • In case a cheque is returned by the bank for any reason, AED 100/- will be charged and cash only will be accepted in lieu of the returned cheque.
  • The school will not accept responsibility for any returned cheque.
  • Cheques will be encashed immediately. The school will not hold cheques for any reason.
  • Parents bear the total responsibility for the payment of fees on time.
  • Parents are requested not to send cash payments through their children. The school will not be held responsible for any loss of money sent with students.

All cheque payments must be made to The City School International.

The fees, subject to Ministry approval, may be reviewed at any time.
