‘’Taking a welcome break from the typical routine of a school day, the students of year 6 went on a fun cum educational trip to the Al Khail bowling centre in Dubai. The trip granted an opportunity for the students to build close bonds among themselves and perhaps form lifelong associations with their peers. Not only did the students get an opportunity to socialize in a new environment, but they were also provided a valuable educational opportunity away from the classroom. The students were accompanied by their respective class teachers and their physical education teacher.

After having completed the formalities at the reception desk, the students were engaged for around two hours  in adrenalin pumping bowling matches,  which tested their skills in aiming accurately at the bowling pins.Next came the stint in the gaming arcade, wherein  the students played various computer based games. In addition to these games, they also had a taste of indoor games like table tennis and  billiards.

It was a heartwarming sight to see every child engaged in an activity that tested their skills and encouraged the qualities of cooperation and sportsmanship. After about an hour and a half of rigorous activity, the inviting aroma of burgers and fries satiated their pangs of hunger. Having devoured every bit of mouthwatering chicken burgers and drunk every drop of their favorite cola, the students made their way back to school. Well, any outdoor trip for the energetic little bundles of year 6,  (be it educational or purely recreational) would not be complete without a trip to their favorite Mc Donald’s outlet. After having savored the refreshing ice creams at Mc Donald’s, the group bundled into their respective buses, and arrived safe and sound to school, undoubtedly with a renewed focus on their schoolwork.’’
