• Parents meet the Admission Tutor/Principal/Vice Principal
  • The Head of the school gives a brief introduction of The City School Network.
  • Parents fill in the admission form, pay the registration fee, and receive:
    • Appointment card with assessment and interview date and time on it.
    • Registration receipt.
    • Admission package/Fee structure.
    • Admission and fee payment formalities.
    • Parent handbook/folder.

  • Assessment and interview with both the parents on the given date/time. Schedule/ appointments record/interview files are prepared.
  • The result is finalised within a week of the assessment and displayed on the school/office board. Parents are informed about further formalities. Emails are sent to the parents to inform them of their child’s result.
  • Admission fee challan is prepared at the campus/branch.

The school receives from the parents:

  • School leaving certificate from the last school attended in UAE (if any)
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Last report card from the previous school (if any)
  • Latest passport size photographs
  • Medical reports (if any)
  • Copy of paid admission fee challan
  • Copy of father’s CNIC
  • School Leaving Certificate (International Transfers) attested by:
  • Ministry of Education
  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Parents are given:

  • Admission order (original)
  • Uniform list
  • Stationery list
  • Welcome letter
  • First school circular
  • Identity card
  • The Office Assistant sends a copy of the Admission Order to the class teacher. The class teacher enters the name of the student in the attendance register.
  • The Office Assistant prepares the personal file of the student and enters the name in the Admission and Withdrawal Register.
  • Admission formalities completed/confirmed
